If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

🚨 Non-Refundable Situations:

❌ Delays caused by the shipping carrier

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Cancellations & Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:
    βœ… You may cancel your pre-order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
    ❌ After 12 hours, pre-orders are final, as they help us plan production.

  • Regular Order Cancellation Policy:
    βœ… Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
    ❌ Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
