Can I Return My Order?
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food products. This policy ensures that all customers receive fresh and safe products.

Refund & Replacement Policy
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

β Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping carrier)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

π Once we review your request, we will offer one of the following options:
β Resend your order at no additional cost
β Issue a refund to your original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
Cancellations & Pre-Orders
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:
β You may cancel your pre-order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
β After 12 hours, pre-orders are final, as they help us plan production.Regular Order Cancellation Policy:
β Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
β Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you didnβt receive it:
First, check your tracking number via the shipping carrierβs website.
If your package is missing, contact us within 7 days, and we will help file a claim.
π Protein Cracks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "delivered" by the carrier.
